When you’re the founder, you’re never fully off the clock — not because of the work, but because of the weight.

You’re always managing what you say, who you say it to, how it lands.

And underneath that — you’re doing a lot of thinking alone.

That’s not a character flaw. It’s just the structure of the role.

But it doesn’t have to be permanent.
